Michael Troeller is a breath-work facilitator with a background as a former British Army officer. His work focuses on nervous system regulation, resilience, and helping people reconnect with their bodies through simple, practical tools.
He facilitates workshops and retreats that create safe, grounded spaces for exploring breath, cold, and conscious challenge; supporting calm, presence, and self-trust.

Feel the rhythm, reconnect, and energise your spirit with a powerful West African djembe drum circle led by experienced facilitator Seneke Sillah of Mbilla Arts.
Open to all levels, this uplifting session invites you to release stress, build connection, and experience the healing power of rhythm in a supportive, inclusive space.

Movement For Resilience
Using music and easy, accessible movement, you’ll be gently guided through a series of exercises that support release, build confidence, and create a sense of strength from within.
Everything is invitational, with no pressure to get it “right”, just space to move in a way that feels good for you.
You’ll leave not only feeling more grounded and uplifted, but with simple movement tools you can take away and use in everyday life whenever you need a reset.

Sally Rogers
Sally has always felt at home in nature, drawn to its calming presence and deep sense of belonging. As a qualified Forest Therapy Practitioner, she helps others experience the profound benefits of connecting with the natural world. Through guided sessions in local woodlands and nature reserves, Sally supports her community in slowing down, tuning into their surroundings, and embracing nature’s ability to nourish the mind, body, and soul.

Sarah Tinker
Sarah began practicing yoga in 2007 and completed her 200hr teacher training with Teach Yoga in 2012. She has since taught classes, workshops, and retreats worldwide, drawing inspiration from teachers like Heather Mason and Tommy Rosen. In 2020, she qualified as a Yoga Therapist with Real Yoga, a journey that deeply shaped her practice. Now working with ERF, Sarah remains committed to her spiritual growth and loves integrating yoga into all aspects of her life.

Michelle Crozier
Originally from an opera and musical theatre background, Michelle embarked on an amazing journey of self-discovery through bhakti yoga and sound healing. She fell in love with the practices many years ago and hasn't looked back since. Michelle is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and versatile singer who loves to hold kirtan, sound healing, and ecstatic drum dance events. She has come full circle and is back singing in concerts and shows, as well as performing as a belly dancer.

As a Holistic Sober Coach and Retreat Leader, Crystal launched Sober Flow UK with a clear mission: to help others break free from toxic patterns and build a life they feel proud of. Crystal's unique approach encourages the importance of building healthy coping mechanisms, navigating cravings through nervous system regulation and building a structure that makes sobriety effortless—not a battle of willpower.
