Phoenix Futures – Employability Skills Course (Starting 6 November)

Location: Phoenix Futures offices, Moulsham Street, Chelmsford
Start Date: Thursday, 6 November (runs weekly, one day per week)

Course Formats & Accreditation Options

Option 1: 4‑Week Basic Course – “Award in Employability”

Join our foundational programme designed to help you:

• Build confidence

• Manage stress and anxiety

• Enhance your CV and interview performance

• Navigate job searches effectively

Upon successful completion of the four sessions, you will receive an Award in Employability, recognising your preparation for entering the workforce.

Option 2: 7‑Week Full Programme – Full Accreditation
Take your skills even further. After the initial four weeks, you can continue for an additional three weeks of advanced learning to gain full accreditation in employability. This extended pathway deepens understanding and workplace readiness.

Option 3: Accreditation-Only Pathway (Weeks 5–7)
Have you already completed the four-week programme in a previous cohort? You’re still welcome to join! Opt into just the final three weeks to complete your assessment and secure your full accreditation.
