Tuesday 29 September | Cornerstone, Chelmsford
What does addiction look like? What helps people recover? And how can we better understand and support people affected by addiction?
Join us at Cornerstone for an open and compassionate community conversation about addiction and recovery.
This event is for anyone who wants to listen, learn, ask questions and understand more. You might have experienced addiction yourself, been affected by the addiction of someone close to you, work alongside people in recovery, or simply want to know more.
The conversation will bring together people with lived experience of addiction and recovery, including members of our Voices of Recovery team, creating an opportunity to hear different perspectives, ask questions and learn from one another.
Part of Adam’s Recovery from Addiction workshop series, the event is about creating space for honest conversations, challenging stigma and making recovery more visible in our communities.
You don’t need any previous knowledge or experience to take part. Come with a question, come to listen, or simply come along to find out more.
