A radical approach to shaping life-changing drug and alcohol services in Essex.
Community Voice is a forum that brings people together every three months to influence the future of recovery support across the county. Open to all, it’s a space to:
Discuss current needs in our communities
Review research from our team of community researchers
Define strategic priorities
Decide what resources are needed
Allocate funding to services that matter
At this event, we will be running a short theatre workshop, hearing from the projects which have been supported by the Essex Recovery Fund, listening to inspiring talks from the amazing Voices of Recovery volunteers and, as always, there will be the opportunity to have your say and participate in important discussions surrounding recovery in Essex.
Whether you’re in recovery, supporting someone who is, working in the field, or simply want to get involved — your voice matters… and we’re organising FREE transport from four locations (Basildon, Chelmsford, Colchester, Grays) to ensure your voice can be heard.
