Curious about the Essex Recovery Festival? This is a chance to experience a taste of what’s to come.

Join us at Cornerstone Café for a relaxed evening centred around wellbeing, connection and recovery. This taster session offers a gentle introduction to some of the experiences you can expect at this year’s festival, in a welcoming and supportive space.

Across the evening, you’ll be able to take part in Kirtan (guided chanting and meditation), unwind in a gong bath session, and spend time connecting with others in the recovery community. Whether you’re already planning to attend the festival or just want to explore something new, this is a great place to start.

Essex Recovery Festival takes place from 24–26 July 2026 at Lambourne End Centre, Essex, bringing together music, creativity, wellbeing and community in a fully sober environment.
