Sensory Integration – Making Sense of Addiction

Join us for the next in a new series of Rainbow Recovery workshops exploring recovery, wellbeing and community.

This session explores how sensory experiences can shape addiction and recovery, offering practical insight alongside space for open and respectful discussion.

Delivered by Fran Bailey and Vicki Warner, Occupational Therapists at The OT Centre, the workshop will cover:

  • What sensory integration is

  • How it relates to addiction and coping

  • Practical ways to support regulation and wellbeing

These sessions are open to anyone with an interest in recovery and wellbeing, including people in recovery, professionals and members of the wider community.

No prior knowledge needed. Just come along and take part in a supportive, welcoming space.

This is a drop-in session and part of the Rainbow Recovery workshop series. You’re welcome to attend one or join multiple sessions. Take a look at the event listings to see what else is coming up.
