Join us for a relaxed, inclusive cycle session - perfect for building confidence and connecting with others in the recovery community. No experience needed, and we’ll provide bikes and helmets!

📍 Meet: Athletics Track behind Waterside Leisure Centre, Canvey Island
(Enter through the car park, turn right past the Leisure Centre, continue past the football pitches)

🥤 Please bring your own drinks and snacks—there’s no café on the route and toilets are a walk away.

Limited to 7 spaces per session – open to all, with a focus on Canvey & Benfleet ERF members.
