Guided safely by Helen at Discover Bushcraft, this workshop looks at using sharp tools for shaping, carving and creating.
Natural Jewellery Making

Craft your own unique and sustainable jewellery using organic materials like seeds, nuts, wood, shells, sea glass, and crystals

Christian is bringing his passion for baking to the Essex Recovery Festival, whipping up some delicious treats and imparting some culinary expertise and wisdom along the way!
Community Choir

Join our brand-new festival choir, ‘Sobriety Songbirds’ for a fun and uplifting singing experience open to all abilities!
Across two engaging sessions (a 90-minute workshop followed by a 60-minute rehearsal the next day), you’ll learn and perform two iconic songs, before taking to the main stage together for a live festival performance.
Expect lots of singing, great energy, and a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can get involved, connect, and experience the joy of singing as part of a choir.

Inner Child Hypnosis

Join a gentle yet powerful hypnosis journey that reconnects you with your inner child.
Through deep relaxation and guided imagery, release old emotional wounds, nurture your younger self, and awaken your innate joy and creativity.
This healing experience helps you feel more whole, playful, and free, perfect for letting go and coming back to yourself.
Gong Bath

Join Lisa Horwell for an immersive sound experience. Gong Baths use vibrations to create a sense of calm and focus.
Together, you’ll walk away feeling recharged before heading back to the festival. Try something new!
Regulate and Rise

Join Crystal Nicholson in the peaceful woodland on site of the festival for a deeply nourishing outdoor sound bath experience.

Surrounded by trees and open sky, you’ll settle onto cosy mats held by nature. You’ll be immersed in a soothing sound journey using an earth gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes and grounding percussion. The vibrations wash through the body, supporting your nervous system to shift into a state of deep rest and regulation.

This is suitable for complete beginners. Chairs are available if preferred. Bring layers, a blanket (weather dependent) and an open heart.
