Raving 4 A Reason
Raving 4 A Reason was founded by Hazel Williams, a full-time working mum from Essex, in memory of her best friend Charmaine, who passed away from lung cancer at just 34.
What began as a one-off charity rave in 2019 quickly grew into a powerful grassroots movement that brings people together through music to raise money for causes that matter.

Join our brand-new festival choir, ‘Sobriety Songbirds’ for a fun and uplifting singing experience open to all abilities!
Across two engaging sessions (a 90-minute workshop followed by a 60-minute rehearsal the next day), you’ll learn and perform two iconic songs, before taking to the main stage together for a live festival performance.

Actor, presenter and stand-up comedian James Redmond brings his dry wit and effortless stage presence to the festival as host of the Sober Is Fun comedy stage. Best known for his television career, James has become a firm favourite on the UK comedy circuit.

Daniel O'Reilly is a comedian, entrepreneur, filmmaker, podcast host, and proud father of four. The last few years have seen him channel his platform into inspiring and supporting others through his own journey of recovery and personal growth.
Now on his second consecutive sold-out national stand-up tour, Daniel continues to entertain audiences with his trademark blend of relatable storytelling, quick wit, and unapologetic honesty.
After embracing sobriety, Daniel launched the Menace to Sobriety podcast, using open and authentic conversations about addiction, recovery, ADHD, and mental health to help others realise they are never alone.
Expect a stand-up set packed with laughs, honesty, and heart.
Established in 2018, Sober IS Fun is the UK’s original professional Alcohol-Free Comedy Club, with regular shows in London & across the UK.

James Redmond
James Redmond is a dry, slick and subtle stand up who delivers unexpected twists and turns during his set as he deconstructs his art. James will be a familiar face from the TV screen. He made his name as a model and actor and is best known for seminal roles in ‘Hollyoaks’ (C4) and ‘Casualty’ (BBC1) and presenting ‘SM:TV’ & ‘CD:UK’ (ITV), alongside Cat Deeley.
He has also appeared on ‘Never Mind the Buzzcocks’ (BBC2). James most recently appeared on our screens for the Hollyoaks 30th Anniversary show & ‘Celebrity Come Dine with Me’ (C4) & appeared alongside Stephen Merchant in the hit BBC sitcom ‘The Outlaws’ .

Harriet Dyer
Harriet Dyer is an award-winning comedian, writer and mental health advocate. She won the Channel 4 Sean Lock Comedy Award in 2024 and she also won the Neurodiverse Review Award for Neurodiversity Representation at the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe.
Harriet has been a full time comic since 2013. She’s had numerous critically acclaimed shows, works for the majority of big clubs and festivals, regularly gigs overseas, and prides herself in being totally original – an experience to behold, if you will!
Humour can really help us get through to the other side. It plays a part in fighting stigma, and helps portray to others the reality of living with mental health issues day to day.

Paul Pirie
A brilliant natural comedian, Paul Pirie comes packed full of energy and uses every ounce to maximum effect, with superb delivery. Paul was awarded Scottish Comedian of the Year in 2006 and since then has gone from strength to strength.
Paul’s career has encompassed TV, film and radio alongside his skills as a stand up, and he is now one of the biggest Scottish acts on the UK Comedy Circuit. Paul has had a consecutive succession of sell out shows at The Glasgow Comedy Festival and has also performed at Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Leith Festival.
Paul’s hilarity and comedic ability has earned him huge popularity with comedy goers and bookers across the world, gigging from Australia to shows for the Armed Forces. He’s a confident and intelligent comedian who makes it his mission to work and entertain the audience. Paul’s material is superbly individual and always delivers a refreshing burst of laugh out comedy that leaves audiences in raptures.

Steve N Allen
Steve N Allen stars as a regular member of the news-desk team in "The Mash Report" - BBC2's BAFTA nominated topical/satirical comedy show which launched back in 2017.
He is also an experienced comedian and host with material that ranges from an observational look at life to up-to-date topical comedy – or shows solely based on the interaction with the crowd.
As a stand-up Steve has performed in comedy clubs all across the UK and Europe. He has also performed at comedy festivals in Edinburgh, Brighton and Leicester with versions of his solo topical comedy show "Some News" that dissects the news and how we use it.
Steve has been heard as a news commentator and satirist on TV and on radio, including talkRADIO, BBC Radio 5 Live and LBC. He also presents a weekly topical comedy show on BBC Radio Kent which can be heard as a BBC podcast.
